He won't sleep a single night peacefully until he would fix the home warranty issues. Yes, I had some common issues, but he got his team to resolve them at earliest possibility. You really don't know 'Excellent customer service' if you never dealt with Mr. Randy. This team goes above and beyond not only to provide you a quality structure but making it a home for you. Even the Sales team has been amazing. I am sure that I will have my second home from Sterling Homes in future.
