I just got possession for my house in early Dec .2018. What I can say ... Posession date was one month later of The estimated time frame , and I only got notified one month before the estimated possession frame , the reason was they were waiting on the materials shipment got delayed during summer time , Why can’t they let me know earlier? And I needed to re-arrange my new appliance and deliveries . Ok ! I fixed . Then my family moved in the end of December. After 2 days . My two Kids told me their feet are bleeding,they told me something was hiding under the carpets. We start to find out lots Nails are sticking out from the carpets. So my wife and I use whole morning try more than 12places has nails . And right away send email to sterling technician, because it was holiday season , the I been told it’s non emergency situation, so I have to wait after Jan 2nd . And get email back says :” it’s common , and you can use hammer and hammer is down yourself !” I wasn’t like no ! we already did 5 of them .. and it’s more than 12places , I asked Them to come to my house take a look , also repair with my bathroom missing latch(another problem) . So over the phone the technician booked appointment with me on Jan 5th Friday 2:00pm . So I took half day off from my work . Be home at 2:00pm waited until 3:00pm .email technician ask if they still remember our appointment? No one reply . I called at 4:30 no one answered.. what a waste of my time ! What makes you guys think your time is more important than mine ? I am super disappointed with sterling homes , the quality of work is poor. Plus I just realized all the carpet on the Edge can be left off the floor ? Yeah ? Part of the design right ? Ridiculous.....
