I'm very pleased with the work that Andrew and crew have done (and continue to do) on my property in Markham! I manage the property remotely so it was great to learn that I could coordinate a yard cleanup and weekly maintenance through texts and emails. Andrew has been very responsive and is willing to provide photos right after the work is done. I'm looking forward to working with Stonehouse for the summer months and will definitely consider them for winter maintenance as well!

Waterworks was able to quickly book me in for an appointment at my desired time when I called in. They also have this cool feature where they email you the plumber that has been dispatched to you about an hour before they arrive so you know who and what to expect. Larry was very thorough in his work and gave us all the pricing options with no pressure to choose any of them. The pipe was fixed no problem and everything's been great since! Would highly recommend.

Tony was able to book me in for a same day consultation and we were able to quickly and thoroughly go through what I wanted and what was best for our front door area. On the day of the installation, Tony and his colleague took great care in making sure everything was installed correctly and did a great job in completing the job and cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended!

We had Bob and his crew come down to our house around July 2010 to see what they could do with our very unkept backyard. Bob proposed a beautiful deck with appropriate amounts of landscaping that transformed our backyard into one that anyone would envy. It is very easy to maintain (Bob made choices for us that would reduce maintenance because of our busy lifestyles) and we can enjoy it all year round. I highly recommend!

We've had to call in J&S on numerous occasions and they've delivered every time! Other companies have left us high and dry (especially with the water heater), but J&S managed to find a reasonable solution for our renovations. They can be a little pricey, but they always provide quality work with professionalism to match.

After finding out the leak in our ceiling was due to a hole in the roof (around the flashing) I promptly called Mr Roof Repair based on the reviews given on the site. I was not disappointed! I was able to set an appointment for the very next day and e-mails, phone calls, and even texts were exchanged very quickly. The cost is made very clear in the initial e-mail and they leave no room for error or misinterpretation. The representative arrived right on time and went right to work. I love that we received before and after pictures of the problem area as well as other potential problem areas on the roof. I will definitely be using this service again to maintain our roof. Waheed is a kind, honest man who is definitely good at what he does. Our initial contact was in July when we gave up trying to get rid of the mice ourselves with store bought methods. We called Pesticon and they were able to send someone that same day. Waheed worked quickly and let us know that we had a pretty bad infestation, but it's nothing that couldn't be fixed. We definitely saw the number of mice go down and we thought it was taken care of. Recently we saw a couple of mice running around and decided to call Pesticon again (Waheed let us know that in the colder months the mice may come back to shelter themselves from the cold weather) and Waheed again came the next day. He refilled all our traps and made sure all the areas we saw the mice were taken care of. He did not charge us for this second visit which shows how much he values the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to call Pesticon again if we ever have another problem, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

We are so very impressed with the work that Peter and the Johns have done on our main floor! It looks like a brand new house and it only took 2 days for them to complete it. The painters were extremely courteous and clean and were able to accommodate to our crazy schedule. Peter responded to all my emails within the hour, which made everything run smoothly. We're having them come back to paint our basement once it's completed and would not hesitate to call if we need more work done. Thanks, guys!

We had a total of 8 windows and 1 patio replaced. It did seem a little too good to be true; the price was fantastic, the product is impressive, and the whole process was extremely quick. I did a little bit of research before our initial meeting and there were some cases where customers would agree to the service, but nothing would come of it. This is NOT the case! I am so happy with the product and how quickly everything materialized. We did agree to have our home as a "model" home, which is why our price is cheap, but this did not impact the quality at all. I will definitely go back to them again if I need more window or door work.
