Kennedy Construction renovated a major part of my 104 year old house,using a variety of trades people.The work was done professionaly,on time and at a reasonable cost.During construction we were faced with several unexpected problems.Previous reno done by other owner had to be completely redone.Part of roof had to be reinforced.Foundation repaired.All of these "extras"were done quickly,and at reasonable costs.
