Our project was more difficult than planned mainly due to unforeseen circumstances. Kennedy was very helpful in both identifying as well as providing timely and often, creative solutions. We very much valued the personnel dedicated to our project. Not only were they with us the entire time, they were always professional, dedicated, polite and respectful.
The in-house designer gave us all we envisioned by fully utilizing how the space would best function. We would absolutely recommend the Kennedy group for any size of home renovations.

We hired Kennedy construction to do a complete renovation and adding a floor to our 2 storey house in West Vancouver. As any other construction job there were some budget and time adjustments. Partially because of some unforeseen circumstances that happens in any Reno project and partially because we added a few extra works to the initial plans. During the whole time, Andrew and Will were great listeners to our requests. They were truly great people to work with. Andrew was very professional and passionate about his job. We love our new home and definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a fair and understanding contractor.

We are very happy with Kenney Constructions work, he helped turn our house into a home. We would trust him to do any renovations in the future.
We purchased a mid-1980’s duplex that was all original and in desperate need of a renovation. We had a very tight timeline between purchase and when we had to move in. But they did an amazing job of getting the bedrooms and main bathrooms done in a very short time.
For the main floor we were removing load bearing walls and doing extensive changes so we needed permits from the City of Vancouver to do the work. Andrew dealt with the Vancouver and made it a pain free experience.
Jessica from Kenney Constructions was our interior designer and she made our place beautiful. Working within a tight budget she made good recommendations to add Marble accents to the shower to make it feel much more luxurious, helped design an elegant fireplace and made the best out of our small space.
Reg and the team on site were professional and made sure all the work was done right and with quality.
Andrew also made sure any defects were addressed quickly and that we were happy with the final product.
We would have given them a perfect review if not for going over budget and our project manager left half way though the project so there was some communication problems till Stephen took over. But overall we were very happy with their work and would use them again

Kennedy Construction did a complete renovation of our kitchen, stairwell and extension of our deck. We have worked with this company before and were excited to work with them again on a larger project. They did not disappoint! They use only the highest quality materials and trades people and their crew was amazing. We were fortunate enough to have Will as our foreman and Tim and Mark were on site for the 11 weeks. I completely trusted them to make decisions and they really seemed to understand our vision and needs. Tim went above and beyond for us, working extra to make sure we were able to use our kitchen before our company arrived in December. We are absolutely in love with our kitchen and everyone comments on how gorgeous it is when they come over. We will only be using Kennedy Construction from now on for our renovation projects.

Kennedy Construction is a quality company that does really great work. They are professional, respectful and extremely hard working. They attend to every detail including cleaning up at the end of each day which I feel is above and beyond. Each aspect of the project was handled professionally. We are extremely satisfied with Kennedy Construction and would highly recommend them.

We bought our current home three years ago planning to renovate it -- oak everywhere, pink carpets, blue tiles. We obtained various quotes and asked around--Andrew came recommended by friends. We're very pleased that we decided to go with him. Our renovation began mid-summer and was completed before Christmas. The project was not without its minor setbacks, but the value in hiring Andrew is the quality of the people who work for and with him. Reg was our project manager and managed to put up with my constant presence and questions. He takes a lot of pride in his work as does Ron, who worked with him; I always knew when they would be working and they never left me wondering about how the job was progressing. All of the trades who came to our home were professional, personable, and genuinely concerned with making my husband and I happy. Friends who now come to our home are highly impressed by the quality of the workmanship, and really, we wanted a home that we could be proud of--that's what we now have. We have recommended Andrew to other friends and family. What we learned is that the key to a successful renovation is a contractor and crew who are willing to listen, be flexible, and work to solve any problems or setbacks--that's what we got with hiring Andrew.

Kennedy Construction completed a large project for us within about 5 months. We fully rebuilt our house on the inside, including all new electrical, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms etc. Overall we are very satisfied with how the project turned out. There were little glitches along the way but everything was addressed professionally and timely. Project was completed on time and trades were excellent, especially the electrical, painting and plumbing. The guys working for Kennedy Construction were wonderful and responsive. When my wife and I found out we were having a 3rd baby we had to decide very quickly if we were going to move or add on to our house for an additional bedroom. By the time we found out we could add the bedroom on and obtained the permits, we had 4 months left before the baby was born. Kennedy Construction was quick to move on our site and was complete the addition to our second story within 3 months, and brought the project in on budget. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and how the project was managed. And our new son is very thankful he doesn't have to share a room with one of his big sisters!

I read reviews from this site and called Andrew to come in and give us a quote to build a stairwell to connect our main floor of the house to our basement. We were unsure if this could even be done, but he reassured us and gave us a reasonable quote. His team showed up on time and on the days we requested. They were extrememly professional and knowledgeable. They kept in contact with us through the entire project and we trusted them to do what was in our best interest. They used high quality materials and did a top notch job of our stairwell and door. The crew arrived on time every day and left the house clean every night. They even came in under budget!! We will definetly be calling Andrew again when we another project.
