Jeff arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very clear in spelling out my options for repair and the corresponding costs. He then completed the work quickly and to a high quality. He also shared a few tips for how we could modernize our water piping, hot water provision and water pressure. Jeff was incredibly friendly throughout the visit, a really great guy. I will 100% definitely call him again the next time I have a plumbing problem.
