prices were high, and the info was wrong. Recommendation were horrible, and now we are looking at replacing 10,000 worth of crappy appliances. Install was poorly done, and the service work was contracted out to some shady people. Much better off with another company
Not impressed with Award. Had numerous problems with them installing the wrong size window, not sealing them properly and using subpar materials. Considering the magnitude and size of the job, a little more detail would have been appreciated. As it stands the windows were so poorly done that we will be looking at them replaced within the next 5 years.
Very impressed with the knowledge and design at Ashley. Had a lot of help finding new floors and had people helping me to coordinating existing finishing to match. Ensured that flooring was here on time and installers were great. Would highly recommend them and their design team
Not impressed with Sterling at all. Had many issues with products promised in writing and not delivered. Service is a headache and a constant fight. Finishing is completely different then what was presented in the show homes as basic. Overall, not impressed with the quality of work received or the service on it afterwards.
Happy with work done, ensured that every tiny thing was completed. Happy with result and general contractor even though the trades subcontracted out were a bit disorganized. Would recommend them to others.
