Kennedy Construction was retained to install a free standing cedar deck on the rear of our Arbutus area house. The work consisted of the installation of a free standing deck foundation, deck surface, railings, stairs, and cedar roof support beam system. During the process Andrew kept us informed of his construction schedule and provided excellent design ideas. All of the craftsman involved on the project did excellent work. The guys cared about the quality of their work and did not rush to simply get the job done. The cedar selected by Andrew was of very high quality.
