Learning about the benefit of a new insulated garage door we decided to change our 10 yrs old one. We decided to go on homestars to find a good company, get a couple quotes, and find some good reviews. Finally we decided to choose DODDS. We had a double garage door system. Left side installation was smooth and went great. However, we encountered several problems with the right door. Firstly, the two weather seals were installed improperly, resulting in them to be bent. Secondly, the wheel track was also installed improperly, which caused a very loud noise to be heard whenever the garage door opened or closed. It took 3 separate visits for the right garage door to be completely fixed. Overall customer service from DODDS is good, especially Stan and JP from the service department . Their knowledge and patience is highly appreciated. For all the times (3) I called back to schedule a meeting, they were able to reserve an early time slot for us to quickly resolve the problem. Overall the company is great, but the quality of installation and service all comes down to who comes to service, fix, or install the door.

Alex is the best contractor I ever met. His professional knowledge and patience walk us through the whole project, from beginning to the end. We have three different projects to work. He gave us very valuable idea to solve our closet n storage problems in a reasonable n affordable price range. His professional skill finish all the work on time NICE AND NEAT. You do not have to worry about anything. Even more, they ( Alex and Bryan) clean up all the debris and well pack all the paper box left from the projects in a pile that ready to leave for garbage pick up. That was what Alex told me at the very beginning when I first meet him for quotation:" you did not need to do anything just leave that for me." . My family are so happy after all three projects had been done. All three closets are so neat and tidy, everything is organised. Overall comments : BEST BEST BEST.
