I'm very pleased with the product and service I received from Craft-Bilt. I have a second-storey balcony off the front of my house that had wooden rails and pickets originally installed by the builder when our house was built 15 years ago that were completely rotting and falling apart. I brought in my rough measurements and pictures to Craft-Bilt and they helped me select all the finishes (I wanted white aluminum rails and posts with glass instead of pickets). The process was quick and easy and they provided me with computer drawings (with measurements) so my contractor could confirm all the measurements before I placed my order. Customer service was fantastic and friendly. Everything was ready when they told me it would be. My contractor had no complaints about the installation process at all. Now that everything is installed, it looks fantastic! Great experience overall!
