Paul, Jason and Marchant did an exceptional job building our front porch. They installed Trex deck boards, put on a skirt below which gave the porch nice curb appeal, they boxed out our posts for natural stone veneers, put in a door for access to storage underneath and finished it off with a trex railing. I was really impressed with Paul's problem solving skills and his abiity to see the 'big picture' of the porches design. For example, the architectural plans for the roof line and gable over the porch were not going to allow for much natural light in the master bedroom which is located over top of the porch so Paul suggested a few alterations and we were very happy he did. If you are looking for a top notch framer who is very reliable, hard working, affordable, who is a great communicator and who has a super team of carpenters then Paul Richardson and PTR carpentry is your best bet. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Thanks so much you guys for making our front porch beautiful. We get lots of compliments and it is so nice to sit out there and relax.

I can highly recommend Bill O'Brien as a plumber. He is always on time, he does very good work, he communicates clearly to you about the details of the job and his pricing is very reasonable. If you want a plumber for a big or a small job Bill is your guy. He is a genuine nice guy who sticks to his word, is honest, reliable, and he sincerely cares about doing the job right the first time.

I can't speak highly enough about the plumbing work Bill did with the building of our second storey addition. Bill is always on time and very reliable. He does excellent work and he is able to problem solve and overcome tricky run locations. He is an excellent communicator and he is very personable and respectful. Paul Richardson and his crew did an unbelievable job at framing our second floor addition, garage, front porch and back deck. Paul is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. He always answered his phone when I had a question for him, he has very strong communication skills and and it was a real pleaseure dealing with him. He and his crew were always on time, they finished the job when they said they would and he was quite affordable. Becasue I am a relatively inexperienced general contractor I relied on Paul to do a lot of problem solving and he handled challenges with ease. Paul is passionate and caring about his work and it was very comforting to take on this large and detialed project knowing that we were in great hands. We were very happy with the architectural services Paul and Donald provided us with. These two gentlemen had excellent communication skills, they were reliable, they met our time deadlines, they were very pleasant to deal with and they genuinely cared about our renovation being a success. These two architects were knowledgeable, experienced, innovative, creative and more than capable of solving all of the challenges we presented them with. We are thrilled with the final product and we are relieved that sustainable was able to include all the details we asked for and meet our budget requests at the same time.
