Our driveway stone had been falling apart from wear and tear. Contacted Otto's and received a prompt visit, and quote. The individual who quoted me was able to adjust the quote to my specifications after I provided feedback. The workers arrived on time, were very polite and professional. Work was done quickly and of high quality and site was cleaned up after.

Excellent service from the estimator Brian to all the installation crew. All were professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Our porch was old and in disrepair and it is now new, modern and fresh looking. Very pleased!

The old concrete walkway to our front porch was breaking up. Otto studied the job carefully, provided an estimate. The crew showed up on the scheduled date and did a great job removing the old concrete and creating the new walkway. Smooth forming, good gravel base, nice attention to detail. They were happy to discuss details - how to get concrete under the wood steps to support them, whether to have a broom finish or smooth finish. The job was completed in two days, as promised. It looks great and, hopefully, will last another 50 years.

The job was handled very professionally from start to finish. The estimator, payment department as well as the crew were very pleasant to work with and clearly had years of experience. Jermain and Alan did a fantastic job with the laying of the pavers (fixing a long-standing trip hazard I assumed was unfixable), and repairing and tuckpointing our flagstone steps. We're no long embarrassed about our front yard!

I was amazed that the project only took two days. The men worked so hard for a full nine hours. They also solved a problem when they discovered it and came up with a fantastic solution. It is a relief to have the old porch gone and replaced with such an attractive new one.

Otto's Masonry provided a professional experience: from the first call, evaluation, estimate, work progress, cleanup to payment options. All were excellent. The pitch of the roof and access presented issues, however these were all resolved by Otto. The price was fair, reasonable and came in at well below others who were off the street and flyers. Also the workers were insured, which cannot be said for the others. Neighbours had only positive comments. The work was completed in two days. Thank you Otto for giving me peace of mind.
