I purchased a voucher through the Hamilton Spec Auctions about a year ago. High Efficiency Furnace and Central Aire. Everyone I encountered from beginning to end was helpful, prompt and efficient. They replaced everything quickly and soon after sent me rebate forms, which they filled out for us. We've had one problem with the furnace and it was taken care of before we knew it. Products and staff will always get 5 stars from me. Thanks folks!

I hired this company just after I bought my first house.(young woman, naive in the ways of some roofers) The salesman came, charming, and showed me lovely pictures of houses for whom they'd completed roofs. I hired them. Now let me say this was about 14 years ago, but I've had so many problems over the years and very very difficult to get them to return a call. The metal they used for flashing etc looks like it was cut and pasted by a child. They skipped inexpensive thisngs like a drip edge (which I paid for) and that caused so many problems. It was so bad that it still bothers me after all these years. When roof was being repaired, we found shingles actually placed over areas where there was just empty space beneath most of it because the wood they replaced was 8" too short.
