He then proceeded to tag the boiler for a minor issue, such as the absence of an inspection report, and instead of fixing the water heater, he wanted to charge extra for performing that inspection.
The technician seemed clueless about what to do next, mentioning that he would order some parts. When I inquired about the specific parts needed, he admitted they didn't have the fuses required. After waiting for 24 hours without any communication from them, it became evident that their lack of customer service was appalling.
