After the techs left, failed to turn electric back on. Several of outlets not working, called office , electrician came, he was filthy dirty. No ID. mud on boots. refused to take boots off. Checked by condo board, working before. coming from Mississauga to Waterloo, not local, very late. Was here for 10 mins. bill is over $200. I was threatened with COLLECTION.
