Just got my new smart security system installed by ADT. I love it! Technician was warm, friendly, ready to answer all my questions. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He didn’t leave until I was completely comfortable with the equipment. Despite being late for his next appointment he really took care of me. Thanks Ping!
