Ray had installed a security system at my place a couple of years ago . Yesterday there was a power surge in the area that caused the pane to get lit up and required a service call. I messaged Ray about the issue and he patiently walked me though the process of resetting the system and addressing the issue over a call - had it been any one else I am sure it would have resulted in an expensive emergency visit. Ray took the time to determine if a visit was needed or not by helping provide instructions to reset the system first . Loved the service dedication and sentiment.

Ray did a good job in taking over the security system monitoring of my place (no video) . He came recommended by a friend and he lived up to the expectations. Though he ended up spending more time on the job than he had anticipated, he ensured that the job got done . Would be happy to recommend him for any one looking !

I was unsure if Dave would take up my job as the work was small (but the need was urgent ) especially since the other guys were giving unreasonable quotes. Dave gave a sensible estimate, showed up on time, did the work very efficiently and came across as polite and courteous. It was a pleasure !
