Anthony had every angle in the world to deal with in this taping job. Before starting I asked him if there was anything I could do to improve the drywall job. It was evident that the drywalling was not professional; but I still had the drywaller available to correct any issues before taping began. Anthony mentioned that he had seen worse and that he would be able to deliver a masterpiece. Anthony absolutely killed it the first few days but towards the end his effort tapered off as he had booked other jobs. When I asked him to correct a clearly warped wall he bluntly told me that he wasn't going to use anymore mud unless I paid him more. Correcting would have required him to apply the mud, wait for it to dry and then come back another day to sand. Anthony is very skilled, there is no doubt about that. However, from my experience he over-books jobs and as a result left me hanging in the end. In the end I had to ask my GC to add more mud to the wall and finish the job.

Lev delivered. Although we replaced all of our floors we decided to keep our original 100+ year old pine staircase. I was hesitant at first that squeak knights would not be able to remove all the squeaks. Needless to say they delivered. Lev managed to remove the squeaks from each stair as well as the landings. A few of the steps still crackle but given the age of the stairs I couldn't ask for much more. After re-finishing them with a beautiful golden oak stain my wife and I are very proud to have been able to maintain a pivotal piece of our homes original charm.

After buying a century old home in Toronto, I had a number of structural concerns that I wanted to address before proceeding with my renovation. After talking with a half dozen or so structural engineers, Lyubomir was able to clearly communicate and explain the work required. Lyubomir was able to provide me with a sealed drawing for the removal of a load-bearing wall and was readily available to answer any questions that my contractor had. Thanks Lyubomir

Zero complaints. King Rooter did a great job re-configuring a few basement drains and installing a backwater valve. Ahmet left me feeling confident after walking me through the scope of work. I was not disappointed as the crew completed the work professionally in a very reasonable time frame. Thanks Ahmet for being patient with all the questions that I had!

Excellent work. Tim's crew were professional in getting the work done on time as promised. As promised, most of their holes were the size of a golf ball and as invasive as possible. This was important to us as we wanted to minimize the cost of repairing our plaster walls. I would however recommend going with a professional taper to re-plaster the walls. All in all, no complaints.
