It was a pleasure to have Safeway Carpet & Flooring do the carpet in my bedrooms and closets. Sam, the main person of Safeway Carpet & Flooring came down to our condo for a free estimate to start the process. He also brought carpet samples for us to choose. We had hardwood floors and I wanted someone who could carpet over them without any damage to the floors. Sam explained to us clearly the different methods he can do along with their pros and cons. After talking to him, it was very clear he was the right person to hire considering his knowledge. Sam was also accommodating when we had to change our agreed upon start date last minute due to another contractor getting delayed with his work. Sam completed the work in a timely manner and the carpets looked great. Sam even came back couple of days later to fix the transition wood provided by my flooring contractor (transition wood was missing before) since that guy was not knowledgeable enough regarding transitioning between carpet and wood. I have no hesitation on recommending Safeway Carpet & Flooring to anyone who wants a reliable expert to do their renovation.

The whole experience was great. Pat came to our condo to see the place and provided us a very competitive quote. We had to delay the start date by a day due to my flooring getting delayed. Pat was very accommodating and agreed to push the painting by a day in short notice. On the day of painting Stef and his team came right on time and did an excellent job in painting my condo. My bathroom renovation guy did not complete the plaster of the ceiling properly. Instead of not painting the ceiling which they have every right not to do, the crew went above and beyond and did the plaster themselves and painted my bathroom ceiling. Moreover they also did the ceiling of the other bathroom even though we forgot to mention it in our work order. They were very friendly and kept me updated throughout the day. They also mentioned they will come back to do touch up in case our movers damage the paint while moving. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
