I am incredibly disappointed with this company. You would think after paying $14,000 for a new steel roof, it wouldn't leak. Water leaked into our gas fireplace (which now needs to be replaced), and down to our main floor ceiling. When I contacted them I received the run around, either not being contacted back or telling me to be patient (this started six weeks ago). No one even came to look at the issue, despite the 15 year workmanship warranty. I've opened a case with the Better Business Bureau and will be following up to ensure they pay for all of the damage this leak as caused.
