We got our roof installed by NSR fall of 2018 and paid $85,000. In 2020 our roof began to leak and we reached out to Bessy to have it repaired. She told us that because of the pandemic, the company was extremely busy at the time and could not out and that she would call us back to schedule an appointment.
We called again a week later & we never heard back. We didn’t receive more heavy rainfall the rest of the year so we didn’t chase after them as we were trying to be as understanding as possible since they claimed to be extremely busy.
Fast forward to 2021 , we called NSR the beginning of June to let them know that we were experiencing a huge leak in the same spot and that water would be pouring out of our ceiling fan. We spoke with Bessy again and she advised us to send over pictures and videos and that she would look into it.
We sent over videos & didn’t hear back the same week so we called & emailed for a response.
We had a heavy rain the entire week and we would have to change the mop bucket under the ceiling fan every 30 mins. We called to follow up yet again the first week of July and they began to screen our calls.
Via email we let them know that this is urgent and extremely hazardous and require immediate attention, no answer. A few days later, we receive an email from Bessy saying that “ we haven’t forgotten about you and we will have our GM reach out to you on the 21st to discuss your file”.
No solution offered to date, today is also the 21st and we have yet to hear from them. Steer clear & take your business else where.
