Rainfall Landscapes has been providing year-round lawn care and snow removal services to my senior mother for almost two years now at a cost of $198/month. Their dependable, efficient, and thorough services have remained consistent the entire time. Additionally, communication has always been timely and responsive, and the ease when using their online customer portal is greatly appreciated. I have enjoyed great peace of mind knowing that Rainfall Landscapes was taking care of this aspect of Moms yard care needs. Accordingly, I can confidently recommend Rainfall Landscapes for your year-round lawn care and snow removal needs.

STAY AWAY!!! To view a more detailed account, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which Tech!Espresso is NOT a member of. Additionally, I will be pursuing legal action. The issues: 1) For a timely resolution, I opted to purchase a used computer from Tech!Espresso. After the fact, it became apparent that the subcontractor had grossly misrepresented the age of various components within the purchased computer. I was told the computer was approximately 2 years old; however, motherboard is 7 years old; processor is 8 years old, “new” video card is 8 years old, and 4 “new” RAM sticks range in age from 7-9 years old. 2) Additionally, after initial service was completed, multiple technical/ software issues became apparent. These issues were never resolved despite sending repeated requests to both the owner and subcontractor. 3) In light of the above, I requested a refund; however, their supposed 60-day warranty has not been honoured. 4) Once the assembled used computer was delivered, I discovered that two of my RAM memory sticks mysteriously went missing! 5) Extremely poor and inadequate customer service. Tech!Espresso has not bothered to respond to my last four communications. They are blatantly ignoring me. 6) Conflicting communications and willingness to resolve issues between owner, subcontractor and employees. Over the years, I have posted many positive reviews for various companies, and this is my first negative review … and deservedly so!

I was initially informed that it would take 3-4 weeks before an estimate could be done. However, Brian contacted me the very next day and stopped by immediately to do the estimate. We discussed the complexities of the work that needed to be done in great detail (roof line sloping in wrong direction). Brian P. patiently answered all questions and concerns never making me feel rushed. In agreement with his estimate, Brian was ready to start the work immediately but discovered that he was missing some of the tools and/or materials needed. An appointment was made the following week on a day and time of my choosing. Again, Brian showed up on time and got the work done despite the cool rainy weather. He was thorough and patient, addressing any concerns that I had about the challenging repair. Another problem area was discovered during Brian’s initial work, and he was willing to tackle yet another challenging repair (in the cool and wet weather) before finishing up. Brian’s patience and careful work were very much appreciated!

Trenton was very responsive during the entire process. I was so impressed when he immediately replied to my initial inquiry. Leading up to, during and after the installation, communication via email, text or phone was a very easy process, and Trenton always responded right away ... no waiting ... so nice! Trenton knew his stuff, and I certainly appreciated his thoughts and advice on various matters. Aside from being professional, Trenton was also knowledgeable and personable. Cleanup upon job completion was very much appreciated. The next day, I had a small problem with the transition strips (not Trenton's fault), and he responded immediately and made things right. Trenton was there for me before, during and after the installation. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Trenton.

I'm very impressed with the service that I just received from Morley. I was forced to turn the water off in my home due to a malfunctioning toilet....very inconvient! I called Plummer MD and Morley responded in very short order. He arrived within an hour of my initial phone call. Once here, he efficiently had my problem resolved within 1/2 hour! I found Morley to be very knowledgeable and personable and would definitely use his services again. Thanks Morley! Gail Pitt

Nate, the Owner, very responsive and followed up after service call to ensure I was completely satisfied. Landon, Technician, very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I placed an emergency call at 3:00 pm; work was completed by 6:00 pm. Very impressed and would definitely use Distinct Heating and Cooling again! Thx for the very responsive service on a COLD day when you were already fully booked.
