Had a water back-up in our basement. After researching drain service providers in our area, I saw that Mr Rooter looked like it provided a good service. I called their office and within 4 hours, a technician (Vlad) came to our home and did a full inspection with camera snake and determined that an old clay pipe had decayed and was stopping the flow at the outside breather pipe. The next morning, 2 service workers showed up right on time. These 2 guys ( Alex & Boris) were awesome to work with. They had to excavate just outside our home on our lawn. They had to dig using shovels as gas line was too close for heavy equipment. Within a couple of hours, they had a 9ft deep hole dug out to accessed the broken pipe, then cut out old pipe, then installed new PVC piping and provided 2 clean-outs. 1 to access our home system, and the other for accessing the city line. After 5 hours, the entire job was complete, everything cleaned up, and lawn cuttings put back in place. So grateful that Mr Rooter attended to the issue so quickly and completed the job in a timely fashion. Mr. Rooter should be honoured to have Vlad, Alex & Boris working for them! Truly a great team!!

Truly a great company. We had our ducts & furnace cleaned today. Joe (owner) cleaned our ducts in the past, so when Joe stated that he is not doing many house calls now and is working more in the office running the business, I was skeptical if the job would be the as good as what he had done in the past, but Joe assured us that his guys would perform the same work and meet the expectations we have. Aimen & Danny showed up on time. They greeted us, removed their shoes, and went straight to work. These 2 guys were very polite, very knowledgeable, answered questions we had, and did an awesome job! Maybe a long post, but worth the read! My wife and I have had a few small leaks in our basement over the last couple of years. We decided a few months back that it was time to have this occasional, annoying issue fixed. After shopping around a little, I contacted Aquatech to advise them of our situation, and within 24 hours, we received a call from Nico who scheduled the home call. Nico explained exactly what Aquatech can do to fix the issue and provided us with a brochure showing detailed information on what would be involved. We had Nico schedule the repair for last Monday Oct 21st. On Monday morning two workers showed up, on time, at our home. They greeted themselves and start work immediately. Igor and the other crew member (can't recall his name) had to dig 5ft+ down around our house with 2 shovels as gas main was too close for power tools. Within a couple of hours, it was all dug up. As our house is older, there was no weeping tile, so a sump pump needed to be installed along with new weeping tile, yellow jacket, dimple board and other items. Truly an awesome job as a great price! I have never before seen two guys work as hard as these guys did over the 3.5 day job, and that's the truth! When the job was complete, everything was back-filled, cleaned up with no debris left behind. I'm not one to write reviews such as this, but I need to recognize how hard & well these guys worked as a team! If you are looking at reviews trying to decide who to hire for your work, honestly, no need to look further. Aquatech prices were fair, and the work say's it all.
