My rugs hadn't been cleaned in years and I was moving to a new condo. Ben arrived promptly and assessed whether they were worth cleaning. Removed the two rugs and returned them to my new condo looking like new. Ben has a great eye for placement and made some suggestions about where the rugs should go and then laid them down for me with the new underlay. One needs cutting and he is now trimming it to fit my room. Top notch service, excellent results from hand washing high quality rugs.

I returned last September after an extended time away to find both heat pumps in my duplex had more or less failed. Atlas Care promptly sent a technician who was able to demonstrate that they were not worth repairing given their age (over 15 years old). They recommended replacement and I agreed. Abdel from Sales visited that evening. He was very thorough and professional and arranged for prompt replacement by an experienced technician team which he felt was important given the complicated installation location. Installation was smooth and professional but there was a minor billing issue afterwards. I contacted Abdel and he personally followed up until the issue was resolved. Very professional of him since once the sale is completed a billing issue is the responsibility of another department. Abdel saw everything through to completion to ensure I was totally satisfied. Very happy with this company's service and the professionalism of their employees!

I have used Drain Works for extensive basement drain replacement work in the past with 100% satisfaction. My latest "semi-urgent" need was to replace several badly leaking faucets and install emergency shut off valves (yes every faucet needs them!). I called and JP quickly arranged for Chris to come within 3 hours. Two faucets and a set of laundry taps were replaced, all with emergency shut off valves. Chris is obviously very experienced; I know good work when I see it. The work was completed efficiently and professionally. I have recommended this company to others in the past and will continue to do so.

Chaim is a fireplace pro! I have two gas fireplaces; one an older model. While both units functioned, they hadn't been serviced in years and I was concerned about the safety of the older fireplace. Chaim arrived promptly and it was obvious that he understood the workings of both units. He serviced the new model and was able to refurbish the old one so that it was safe and up to code (it was rarely used so I didn't really want to invest in a replacement). Both fireplaces work beautifully now, and I am comfortable that neither is a safety concern. Will use Fireplace Experts for yearly maintenance from now on.

I hired Martin at GreenCo after another window cleaning firm did an incomplete job. Martin and his team came the next day as promised and in my absence did a superb job of cleaning my windows (there are a lot of windows and many are hard to reach). Quality work, reasonable price. I chose refacing for budget reasons and to avoid the disruption of a big renovation. It was a small job but Canlik gave it their full attention, including designing an appropriate solution for a "difficult" corner. They started on time and finished when they said they would. They took pride in high quality work and were very respectful in my home; I was comfortable going out of town and leaving them unattended for 2 days. The kitchen looks great and was completed exactly on budget. During the renovation all my questions were answered quickly and all my calls and emails returned promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
