We also sorry to hear that one of the doors does not meet your expectation. We took your concern seriously so that the on-site inspection was taken in a few days after we received your report. I would like to share the report contents by the inspector. “ It is not really a defect, I need to take great effort with the customers to locate the spot/area mentioned. It is neither a bubble nor a dent. It is common for High Gloss finish surface (High Gloss White in your situation) that the very minor uneven surface may show in different angle of light. I explained to the customer about my finding. " The inspector suggested that no action needed form his point of view. Having said that, your opinion is important to us. We brough this up to the door manufacturer again and waiting for their response. The door manufacturer, Premoule, is a well established three generation business. They take product quality seriously. I am sure they will look at our concerns again.
Regarding the minor scratches on the Corian top, since you did not report the scratches on the Corian Top before this review, we did not aware of the situation but we have reported to the fabricator. They will contact you shortly to address your concern.
