Superior DRT2035REN Fireplace Service
Jeff was very friendly and professional. He was punctual. He took off his shoes and had a large work mat where he placed his tools down. He took the time to explain his decisions. Unfortunately, the DFC board failed and was not opening the pilot gas valve. It was expensive, but required replacement. He also conducted some maintenance to improve the fireplace aesthetics. He spent time going over basic maintenance too. I would definitely hire Jeff again. Thanks!
