This is my second Reno project with That Reno Guy. I was so happy with my ensuite Reno the previous year that I knew this company would be my first choice for my kitchen Reno. The project included a complete gut of my existing 30 year old kitchen as well as extending the new vinyl plank flooring into the dining room , hall, main bathroom, stairs and entry level landing. The main living areas were repainted and the bannister and rails were also repainted giving the whole main floor a refresh. I was thrilled with the final result and the attention to detail that Joe and Dale (cabinets) and Anna (painter) provided. I highly recommend That Reno Guy for all your renovation projects!

I just had 4 windows replaced and couldnt be happier. The windows are high quality and the installation experience was exceptional.

My toilet has been continuing to run after flushing, the float doesn't completely rise enough to shut it off so I just wanted to replace the flush valve and since I was dong that thought I may as well have the flapper changed out as well. I had the tank drained to facilitate a speedy service. I asked about the cost since you advertised a service by job, no hidden fees and was shocked at the price of $570 for what I know is a simple job with parts less than $20!! The tech did not even open his bag or look at the toilet I could NOT justify that outrageous charge. Had I been given any indication when I called to request the service (I specifically stated what I needed done) I would never had booked the service. Now I am out of pocket for $73.45 for a 5 minute useless service call. The tech told me it would be a four hour job, I have since completed the job myself and it took me 45 min but I'm not experienced. In reality it would be a 15 min job. Cost of parts $18.95 I will NEVER call Gentleman Plumbers again!!
