Door quality is excellent. But the installation was exceptional. The installers were thoughtful, professional, good quality, clean and genuinely cared about the finished product.

I needed to replace some windows and doors in my house to make it more energy efficient. Ordered 2 windows, a front entrance and French doors with the windows and French doors having the European Tilt & Turn feature. The installation was completed over a 2 day period by installers that were friendly and very professional. The installers were able to remove my old windows and doors and not damage the Hardie cement board trim that I have on the outside of my house. Between day one and two I had one old window and one new in place so I used a laser temperature reader to measure the temperature of the 2 windows from the inside, the new window read 20 degrees Celsius and the old one read 13 degrees while the outside temperature was -10 degrees Celsius.

I needed to replace my 2 basement windows because they were loose and they had a huge buildup of ice in the winter. I now have triple glaze egress windows that also have an amazing locking system. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Installation just finished last week of 17 new triple glass windows & 2 new doors to my 70+ year old home. Order was placed mid August with products here the week of Nov 1 - from Ukraine (German company REHAU): at least 2+ months FASTER than the shipment time frame given to me by other local window companies for products that were to arrive from Ontario (of 3-5 month estimated time). After the basement windows were installed, there was a considerable & immediate improvement in interior warmth, especially with last week's temperature drops. I have turned down my thermostat to 19C & still toasty warm. Thank you to my 2 installers who worked in sub potimum weather conditions to get this job done. Permanent Windows Solutions recently installed an entry door, a garage pass door and 2 patio/deck doors on our acreage home. We couldn’t be happier with the products, service and installation. Ivan was easy to work with and completed the measurements for our new doors perfectly. The doors are of outstanding quality and look beautiful and feel and look solid.
