My AC had failed and needed a replacement. Cozy World was referred to me by a friend who has used them for their AC/Furnace replacement and was happy with their service. Boris was very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional to work with and accommodated in a timely manner. He recommended the new unit (also updated the furnace) which would work best for my house without pushing for a more expensive (higher tech) models. The installers, led by Saeed were punctual, professional and tidy. Saeed's attention to details were on mark and consistently provided feedback during his installation. Saeed and his team also made some improvements to my mechanical room layout, to better facilitate the new equipment and for future access needs. Post installation, Cozy World followed up with me for satisfaction and answered some additional questions i had. Overall, i had a great experience with Cozy World and am happy with my decision.

Called John about my slow draining kitchen sink and he responded very quickly by confirming appointment the next day. John was extremely professional and came dressed for the job, shoe covers, gloves and face mask (amidst COVID times). As well, he cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess for us to deal with. My main drain line for the kitchen sink had 20yrs of grease/oil buildup and was remedied by snaking both the dedicated kitchen drain line and the main drain line in the basement. Problem fixed! Overall, i was very pleased with John's work and price. Also, provided some maintenance tips for keeping my drains clean. I have added John and Dima Plumbing to my goto contractor's list for future needs.
