Called John about my slow draining kitchen sink and he responded very quickly by confirming appointment the next day. John was extremely professional and came dressed for the job, shoe covers, gloves and face mask (amidst COVID times). As well, he cleaned up after himself and did not leave a mess for us to deal with.
My main drain line for the kitchen sink had 20yrs of grease/oil buildup and was remedied by snaking both the dedicated kitchen drain line and the main drain line in the basement. Problem fixed!
Overall, i was very pleased with John's work and price. Also, provided some maintenance tips for keeping my drains clean.
I have added John and Dima Plumbing to my goto contractor's list for future needs.
