Michael was my main point of contact and he was very responsive and helpful! Charles was the installer and came by our house and measured our windows and patio. We wanted to upgrade our blinds to California shutters. The turnaround time was a little under 4 weeks. They immediately came the next day to install and took about 2 hours for 8 windows. Charles and another gentleman came in and they were both fantastic. They were able to install the window in our one office while my partner was still working. 10/10 would highly recommend! The next day, I already passed along Michael’s contact info to a colleague of mine.

Arno was amazing to work with from start to finish. He came by for an inspection and began work about 1.5 weeks later when our hardwood floors arrived. He communicates well and explains what will be done upstairs. He gave us a flat price which included everything from labour, carpet removal and disposal, and shoe moulding. There were no hidden fees unlike other contractors we reached out to. He removed all the carpet on day 1 and prepped the floors for 3 bedrooms including a large walk in closet. He even started on a holiday! The overall process took 4 days and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll be hiring him back next year when we start the basement reno.

Due to the lumber shortage, the project was delayed for another month. We were OK with that. Afrim and team were really great. They got our fence up in two days. It's unfortunate we didn't get the same price as our other neighbours...Overall, we are satisfied with their services and understand the prices changing due to the lumber.

We had hired different movers to help us move but they never showed up. I called KAL and they were super responsive! The mover arrived within 30 minutes. My partner and I were so happy as we had the elevators booked and we could continue our move as scheduled. He was very professional and on time. We were shocked at how fast everything was loaded on to the truck. He met us at our new home and unloaded quickly as well. If it wasn't for KAL, we would've been screwed and wouldn't be able to enjoy the new home as we do now. They were lifesavers! Prices were fair, the best bang for your buck! We are very happy customers and would highly recommend to anyone looking to move in or outside of Toronto.
