Awful. The first time they showed up they claimed a part was missing and left the site. The second time (after the requested part was ordered and delivered) they showed up they informed me the low clearance part was not necessary, but that they didn't notice the door had the wrong sized wheels. They installed the door without leaving enough room to drywall the ceiling, crooked hinges, a pinched sensor wire under the track and gap big enough to put your little finger through and they didn't use the low clearance part. They didn't have a long enough ladder so I lent them mine along with a tape measure (they broke the only one they had). They took my tape measure when they left and weeks later haven't bothered to return it. They promised to send some out the next day to replace the wheels, he didn't show up for several days, and did so without notice. This guy said he wasn't qualified to work on a commercial door, but replaced the wheels, and proceeded to set the limits on the track despite being unqualified. He did this by being talked through. it over the phone. He left without fixing the gap and informing me that he didn't have the proper tool to adjust the cable tension. I was told someone would come to finish the job, no one ever came. Oh, and the door gets stuck when it's open. I've since had a different company come to my home, the list of problems is longer than I thought. I can't stress enough how much of a mistake it would be for anyone to hire this company. You've been warned!

The technician was courteous (called when he was running late), knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced a faulty gas valve and and did a quick inspection. Thankfully he had the part in his van and was able to complete the work quickly.

Real Estate Movers were great to work with from the in-home estimate, through delivery to my new home. The final cost was close to the estimate, they were friendly and careful with my belongings at a fraction of the cost of the national moving companies.
