I ordered a replacement shelf for my Samsung refrigerator. But I discovered the same day that I did not need it. I tried to call Reliable about 10 times. Most of the time their system to select someone could not pick up what I keyed in. When I did get through gave up after 15 to 20 minutes. I sent several emails to cancel, never heard back.
