Got the part. Waited til I was ready to install. Opened box. It was cracked. Called. 30 day return doesn’t apply cuz it was damaged. It was over 2 days from delivery date so no exchange. For $63 I learned they should change their name to “Unreliable Parts - we have policy for us not you - don’t be such a sucker! “

I ordered a replacement shelf for my Samsung refrigerator. But I discovered the same day that I did not need it.
I tried to call Reliable about 10 times. Most of the time their system to select someone could not pick up what I keyed in. When I did get through gave up after 15 to 20 minutes. I sent several emails to cancel, never heard back.

I have been looking for a reliable online appliance parts seller for a while. Of course I found quite a few of them. Experience led me to check the reviews of each company BEFORE purchasing.
Reliableparts.ca was the FIRST online company I've found that had quite a number of good reviews. Cheers for the persons who wrote them. It is greatly appreciated!

Order a new shelf for my Samsung fridge online. I greatly appreciated that the Reliable Parts rep asked questions and directed me to the CORRECT part instead of just shipping what I had ordered. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Will definitely order from them again without question.

GE Front Load washer was leaking and I discovered it was a cracked tub filler tube. Parts were easy to find on this company's website and the price very reasonable. I ordered the parts and they arrived here within 2 days...... and the parts were exactly what i needed. Definitely will be using this company again for any follow on appliance replacement parts needs.

Bought New Part(Solenoid Valve) for Furnace Humidifier.
Part didn't work at all-checked by furnace technician.
Wouldn't exchange Part or Refund because I didn't have serial Number on Humidifier that the part was bought for.
I had receipt and part and they had serial number on part purchased.
Parts Manager couldn't have cared a less.

Go Elsewhere-they could care a less!

Dave proved to be the most diligent, persevering customer service man that I have encountered. After I ordered a replacement battery from Panasonic, it was delivered to reliable parts. When I opened the package, it was the wrong serial # and size. Dave pursued over the next month e-mailing Panasonic, desperately trying to find the right battery. I had all but given up, thinking that they may have stopped making this battery and my camera was trash! Thankfully, Dave called again and gave me a lead on an e-mail address for the part. I have ordered from them and expect delivery soon. Kudos to Dave!

I found them unprofessional to deal with. They are very misleading on timeframes. Told them had a party in 2.5 weeks needed parts for BBQ and they said yes they will be in as we have already put an order in for the same parts for the store., that was August 19th. Today is Sept 22nd and still no burners...when you call up the call centre staff are rude, and you can tell they hate their jobs by their attitude, it stinks, they are cutting and short in responses...I would never order or deal with this company again. They need to change their name, there is nothing Reliable about them.

This parts store is not bad, though their accounting department is really horrible. I bought a fridge part via their call centre and was going to pick up at the local store. Well, the problem is that the part that the service rep told me I needed was not the right one. So I called back to cancel the order the same day, before even picking up the part. That went well at first...until the local store called a week later asking when I am picking up the parts. That is when it started getting confusing because of wrong charges and credits. And some of the charges came from B.C. head office, while others came from 2 different local stores. After almost a week of calling back and forth, the charges got straighten out, but it was a big hassle. Having said that, the parts that they have available and the staff from the local store on Caledonia Road were good.
