I have bought a sterling home a duplex show home and was happy with my purchase and to think we got a home i wanted. When we bought this house we and notice some wear and tear in house which were promised to be fixed before we move in which sterling home fixed most of it. Out of which major issues there was pealing and bubbling of vinyl plank flooring issue. The warranty department guy show up a visit in initial month but never did anything and promised to get it fixed in next visit. We deal with snow buildup in winter at same flooring and bubbling and pealing of flooring in summer. Ever since we moved in there has been issues with flooring started peeling off again in 4 months. I have tried calling and messaging and claim warranty to come get it fixed before it gets it worse. But I received no response. Now its been almost 8 months. And the flooring is bubbling and extending. Still no response from warranty team. I see other homes in my neighborhood have their builder's warranty department coming and fixing things but no response from sterling home warranty department as they blame all on covid 19 and they stopped home visits. We are growing our family and soon will have a baby in 2 months. Me and my wife wanted to deal with warranty issues before we have a baby. We should have been focusing on our happy family moments rather than we have been stressing about the warranties issues. Poor response from warranty department.

Just for your information though, your concerns were brought to us in May this fell within the timeline of us being shut down. All warranty interior work was suspended as of March 16th due to COVID and we have not resumed appointments at this time.
