We did not have a good experience with them. They took several days to complete the roofing with delays as they apparently fired the guys who worked on our roof mid-way. That did not instil confidence about the quality of work done. The bin with the old roofing stayed in our driveway for 9 days. You can imagine with a one car garage how inconvenient it was to park our cars. The guys who worked on the roof played loud music, threw cigarette butts from the roof onto the side of the house and left many nails we had to pick up. The owner ended up finishing up the rest of the roofing job. We asked the owner to come back to fix a few things we found. They did come and fix it before payment. Overall it was not a good experience.

I am sorry to hear that this was your experience. I do remember this job from several years back. It rained every day for over a week delaying us from working. My foreman had a medical issue at the end and I finished the last couple of hours work. In the end I spent a couple of hours with you doing a fine tune clean up and addressing all of your concerns. When I left you appeared to be satisfied.
