We were looking at getting a few projects done this year to enjoy our outdoor space but had a few needs. From fencing, gate work, building a back patio and driveway extension. I didn't want to deal with multiple contractors and wanted someone knew their stuff. I met with multiple contractors, all said they'll just build me what I want, without addressing my biggest concern, which was dealing with a huge sloping issue both in front and back. Jay was the only one that said we can't and won't do what you want because it'll fail and why. The honesty and professionalism was the start of our relationship. The detailed estimate was sent, which left no room for surprises and no changes were done without consultation. First was the fence work. Jay had Daniel's team come, install new posts, fence and a new gate within 2 days work. Daniel kept me in the loop for finishing details, otherwise there was not much involvement on my end which was a relief. Swift clean up and on to the wait for the stone crew to come in. Rob and his team came in after to work on the patio and driveway. Before starting the front or back, he took the time each time to first walk through the area and advise on any potential issues that may arise. Throughout the project, if there were any adjustments or decisions to be made, different options with pros and cons were always laid out. It made us feel happily at ease knowing someone who cared was doing the project. I was expecting a lot of material being laid out everywhere but to my surprise, they were super organized, and had deliveries in increments to the tune of only what's needed for the day. Before end of each workday, the work site was cleaned up, roads brushed and tools tucked away. Needless to say, my neighbours appreciated it also. The weather wasn't our friend during this process, but Rob's team fought through it and had our job completed on schedule. This company certainly aims to please their clients. You are paying for great quality and peace of mind. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to have any landscaping done. Will look to use them soon again when we start our indoor renovation projects.

Was in the market of installing a Tesla wall charger. Went through the Tesla recommended electricians and received 3 quotes. The other two companies, although much cheaper, did not want to explain or speak about the quotes to answer any questions I had. David on the other hand was extremely patient with me throughout the process and answered every question I had in detail, and ran through technical details with me in plain English regarding what we could do and how he was going to do it. Got everything in writing, a nicely done contract. Was on time and communication was flawless along the way. He setup his own workstation where it was nice and neat, which is a rarity in this business. Along the way, he was meticulous and cleaned up immediately after himself. After installation, ran me through the setup, and some tips. Set up the ESA inspection and quickly received a pass the day after. Very pleasant and worry free experience. Would highly recommend!

Made arrangements to install a water softener. Quote was reasonable. They actually came to install it 2 days after the call when someone else cancelled which was a delight. Ken came and was pretty efficient with his installation. Clean and tidy, and took his time to explain everything. Worked with me to do some additions to add bypasses to my water system which he was really patient with. Only wish is that with a PEX system, that the company better types of fittings or at least options to pay for the type of fitting you want.

Had a disaster dealing with another company listed here where they bent my pot filler, installed the wrong part, and had water leaking behind the wall. Along with a faulty drain installation for my dishwasher where the water was back washing into the dishwasher. Nick comes and promptly fixes it. Puts in the right part for the pot filler, tightens it without bending it and fixes the leak behind the wall. Although the first fix wasn't 100% successful (not his fault, the part provided was not the best), he diagnosed it quickly, went to a specialty plumbing store, came back and fixed it. Straight to the point with no issues. Would strongly recommend for any job.

I hired Adrian to wire up my house with Cat6 cables, rack mount, access points, install 4 outdoor security cameras and mount 2 televisions and a sound bar. I never have luck with contractors, but my experience with Adrian was exceptional. Excellent communication, punctual and his craft is exceptional. When he says he doesn't like making holes, he really means it. I didn't have to deal with drywall patching since everything he did, he studied the house's framework before running any cable. He's also a perfectionist, so there was no need to nitpick on anything installed misaligned or anything. Measures multiple times before installation is what anyone can ask for from a professional. Adrian will also never try to upsell you and truly seems to enjoy his work. Would hire him for any projects in the future. Wish there are trades like him in different industries.
