I had arranged an assessment/sales call with AtlasCare to repair or replace my furnace. Justin P arrived promptly, and was courteous and helpful. He took the time to fully understand the situation, and explain clearly the rationale behind his recommendations. Other companies quoting only gave me a few brand names and approximate price ranges without particular detail as to how the features of each may benefit me - I had to contact them throughout the process to ask follow-up questions as I learned more about what questions I needed to be asking. Ultimately, although this was the most expensive quote, I feel most confident in the furnace selected based on the time spent understanding our home and our needs.

We had a a completely closed kitchen sink drain, and two slow bathroom drains. The closing of the kitchen drain occurred on a Sunday, and Mr. Rooter sent someone out within an hour of my call. The plumber sent (Waqas) was courteous, ensured he left no mess, explained everything he planned to do (snaking), and the cost, before proceeding. I have used this company once before for a major plumbing job, and had a similar, excellent experience. I recommend contacting Mr. Rooter for plumbing problems of any scale without reservation.

I recommend Mr. Rooter without reservation. We had a sewer back-up into our basement. We found Mr Rooter on Homestars and are extremely satisfied with their service: Courteous, helpful telephone service; the plumber who answered our call (Grant, I believe) arrived within an hour, with no extra fee charged for a last minute, late evening call on a Sunday. Grant was very courteous, professional, knowledgable and careful to minimize mess in our property. We needed to have a new clean-out dug: Mr. Rooter took care of all the permit and inspection work, their team showed up exactly on-time and dug a massive hole in about 2 hours, completing the job much more quickly than I expected. After the back-stop valve they installed had been inspected, they back-filled the hole the next day (on a Saturday) rather than leaving us with a pit in our front yard any longer than necessary. They costed out all our options for dealing with our root problem long-term and in general were very transparent about costs and most cost-effective options for proceeding. Through-out the process we were kept very well-informed about what our next steps were to be. In general, the service was absolutely exceptional.

I was very satisfied with the service: Courteous and knowledgable telephone service that also confirmed with me that they could effectively complete the job (asked about extent of damage), sent an email confirming the scope of the job after the appointment was set, called when team was on-route, arrived on-time, were courteous, confirmed priorities of job (simple cleaning vs sanitization), ran hoses through a window to minimize mess and maximize suction (vs a previous cleaner who ran the hose through the entire house creating a mess and reducing the effectiveness of the equipment), did a great job cleaning the stains. My only criticism is that on payment there was a tipping option, which I felt was inappropriate for a professional.

TS-Kitchen Projects installed an Ikea kitchen for us this week. Traian and his team were punctual, courteous and knowledgable. They identified a custom panel solution that we feel really improved the appearance of the finished product. The product was completed on-time, and at exactly the quoted price.
