We were pressured from a door salesman in 2017. Forced his way in my rental. I said many times I don't want it, I have a hard time with confrontation. Smooth talked into a contract. Wasn't showed the contract except where to sign. Wasn't left any contact info. I couldn't find them online at the time. I was told try for 30 days and cancel anytime. They will not let me cancel without paying $300+. I just want this thing gone. This system has caused so much damage to under my counters. I've tried getting in touch with them and the only thing they could offer is a new system, (with a fee to install, which I declined) and a $5 discount. Do not fall for their alternate truth. You are locked into a contract until you get a lawyer, and the system doesn't work as advertised. It may also cause damage. Beware.

During our verification call prior to installation, we do ask our customers if the representative has left the property. If the representative has not left the property, we do not proceed with the verification call or installation.
