The service is excellent and my home water filtration system works without issues. I called a few times for help on replacing filters.. they always sent a techitian promptly.

I have been having issues with the monthly payments charged to my credit card. The representative actually ´was very helpful and respectful. He offered to clear the issue and correct the amount of the payment. The team is always very professional.

CSR resolve an issue with wrong (duplicated) charges in the last 3 months in a very kind and diligently manner.

About 6 years ago I was convinced to try out the reverse osmosis system instead of a water softener, as most of my neighbours have. I did and I have not looked back. I am a very happy customer. Last year I had it upgraded and can tell the difference.
Not only is the system good but the team (from the guys who come to change my filter and inspect the system) to the office staff are tremendous. I highly recommend.
