I was offered a new upgrade to my existing water filtration system. The gentleman on the phone was polite, professional, and was able to breakdown all of my options in easy to use terms. In today's world it seems like customer service has taken a back seat to profits, but I can confidently say that HomeWater makes you feel like a valued customer.

Updating my previous review due to a lack of integrity and accountability from this company...an error was made on their part regarding billing and instead of owning their error and making it right they blatantly pointed the finger of blame at me in an email which included other parties ... when I reached out to them to advise of this error and ask for dates and times they tried to contact me regarding this issue they could not provide me with the transcripts stating they didn't have that information...by the end of the conversation they in fact admitted it was their error and would send an email to all parties to apologize...when the email was sent it indicated there was a problem with my billing payment method however I was never asked for any payment method when signing up with home water assuming I would be invoiced for the payment...when I reachsd out to them via email again-no response...huge lack of integrity and business ethics...have decided this is completely unacceptable
and am looking for a new water softener system to install in my home...this water softener system is subpar and I am still experiencing hard water issues with calcium and lime buildup on taps sinks even though they just changed the filter 2 weeks ago...horrible service and product all around

I contacted Home Water as i was charged twice from the system this month. They were able to address the issue and refunded me the money.

My monthly service was cut by 50%. The service is friendly. The representative is responsive.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Abhishek. He listen to my concerns and addressed them accordingly.

Addition to home water really made a difference in my daughters eczema. I would recommend this to anyone that is suffering from this

Jai was an outstanding customer service agent for Home Water! I needed to move my water system to my new home and he made it extremely easy. He was very professional and helpful. The company is paying f for a plumber to install it for I am out of their service area. Thank you Jai!
