The under-the-sink water system program I entered several use ago and was supposed to be upgraded in December 2022. It wasn't but I was being supplied filters for the new system which were not compatible with the system I was using. When I ran out of old filters in June, I notified your HomeWater but got the runaround until finally an appointment with a technician was organized for August 30 with just two days notice and no consultation with me. I had to cancel and I was back to square one. Yesterday, I phoned again to rebook and finally, I had a polite, courteous and professional representative. I now have an appointment and it appears as if I will see some action. If I judged the latest rep's performance, he would get a perfect score. However, my previous frustrating experiences with Home Water reduced you score in my mind dramatically.
