We got several quotes from different companies that were all pretty close to each other in price. I went with New Look because their sales rep Eddy is a real straight shooter, and I liked his design sense. Having never installed windows and doors before, I wasn't sure what I was doing. Some of our thoughts, he told us point blank, no don't do that, it will look like crap. He knows the business, has a ton of experience, and the installers were super professional as well. No wonder New Look is so highly rated.

Maple Air were great to work with, and I strongly recommend them if you're thinking about converting to a heat pump and taking advantage of the Canada Greener Homes rebate. They have the expertise with the heat pump and furnace hybrid systems, and can manage the Greener Homes process for you. Alex was great to work with on the pre-sale process, and all the techs were terrific, including going above and beyond to resolve an issue with my electrical panel. Our house is now way more comfortable, our energy bills have almost been cut in half, and with the Greener Homes rebate the heat pump was basically free. Overall an 11/10 experience.
