With most families with teenage kids, they were anxious to have a finished basement to not only enjoy themselves but to entertain their friends and have their own private getaway. I researched quite extensively and decided to take a chance and hire Finished Basement based on their positive reviews. I was definitely not disappointed! From our initial meeting with Vitaliy, we were impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness and no nonsense style. What also attracted me to this company was that they have their own décor store where you can choose all sorts of options from flooring, to tiles, to bathroom fixtures and not having to stress and take the time to shop for these items yourselves. Natalie was great in helping us choose our colours and made helpful recommendations. During the construction phase, we were amazed with the workmanship and efficiency of the crews from the framers, the drywall and the finishing crew to Igor who helped with our designs and to Yuri the plumber, who not only did a professional job with our bathroom but also provided extremely helpful ideas and tips for areas of our basement. Each day, the crew would work 11 hour days religiously and take pride in their work and clean-up. The other major benefit of hiring Finished Basement is they have strong relationships with other companies that they recommend such as the cabinet maker, the ductwork company, and an audio visual company for our entertainment solutions. I ended up hiring these recommended companies and was extremely satisfied with every single one of them. Each of these recommended companies not only had the same professionalism and work ethic as Finished Basement, but they all know each other’s process where the homeowner does not have to worry and follow-up, which is a huge added bonus. Finished Basement not only exceeded our expectations but also completed the work in literally 2 weeks vs the initial estimate of 2 1/2 weeks! My husband and I and especially our kids are ecstatic over our new basement, and we can’t wait to show it off and recommend to our friends, family and our neighbours! We had purchased a brand new home where we were looking to build a patio for our backyard and hoping to receive many years of enjoyment to come. Our previous home had interlock brick which was not the most attractive but served our purpose at the time. We had attended the Spring Toronto Home show and were looking to get paver ideas and compare contractors when we stumbled upon Royal Stone. After speaking with Ken from Royal Stone, we were impressed with the information & knowledge and decided to contact them. We dealt with Tony Vitale and all I can say is that we had an overall tremendous positive experience with Tony & Royal Stone from beginning to end. The job itself was a patio consuming 2/3 of our backyard with a square fire- pit, and with a walkway from the back extending to the front steps of our porch. We also had pavers along the sides of our asphalt driveway. The job itself took 3 days in total from the digging to the installation. What stood out for me was not only the quick length of time but the actual workers on the job. There were at min 10 people where they would be constantly working meticulously and rarely taking a break. And what really blew me away was by the end of the day, there were several of them sweeping the dirt off the street, making sure the grass was protected and overall doing a very thorough concise clean job. …even our neighbours complimented which is huge and goes along way because you never want to upset the neighbours! Since we didn’t have our fence at the time Tony ensured that they would come back and place river rock between the concrete paver and the fence once it was installed. After the fence was completed, we came home after work one day to discover the beautiful river rock…..they did not disappoint including the patio itself! We chose the Mega Arbel paver and have been admiring the beauty of our patio every single day, and have been receiving non-stop compliments from friends & family. Tony Vitale himself has been a pleasure to deal with. He is extremely professional and where he would answer all of my questions/concerns and was always accessible and kept me informed of all updates. I would highly recommend Tony and Royal Stone for any landscaping job……you will not be disappointed!

After contacting various fence companies over the past year, the neighbours had mutually agreed to hire Can Do Fence which consisted of 25 families. What made the difference and set aside Can Do from all other companies was solely Alon Zamdvaiz, the Sales Manager. At the first initial meeting, he literally blew me away with his professionalism, expertise and knowledge. He was also not the type of salesman that was aggressively pushing for a sale, as I loathe that approach and had experienced this from another fencing company that completely turned me off from the onset. Alon is very precise and firm with his commitment and stands by his company's quality & integrity. Once all contracts were signed off and within a few days, Can Do immediately worked on the posts and within 3 weeks managed to install and completely finish all fences in our neighbourhood, versus the standard expected time frame of 30 days. I was more than satisfied and impressed! The quality of the pressure treated lumber also blew away my expectations, not the same quality I had experienced a decade ago with our previous home. I do have to note however that I had 1 issue during installation. But after speaking with Alon and the onsite crew, they managed to resolve it quickly and ensured I was satisfied. During the entire process, Alon was very accessible where he would respond back within 24 hrs by either e-mail or phone call for any questions or issues I had. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and would absolutely recommend Alon & Can Do Fence for any fencing or deck project…. Canada Day here we come!
