Michael and Frank provided excellent service repairing the washing machine drain in my son's condo. The drain was in a very small closet and very difficult to access. They came on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. Natasha in their office made and coordinated all the arrangements and did a fantastic job handling the communications, which were somewhat complex because the condo is rented by another family. Michael was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and that he had almost certainly resolved it. He made sure everything was cleaned up properly and had some very good suggestions, including putting the difficult to move washer/dryer on rollers -- many thanks!

We cannot speak highly enough about Frank and the work he did for us - removing our old deck and replacing it. He took great personal care with every detail of the project, was easy to deal with from start to finish, communicated well with us and coordinated well with the pool company. Finally, the quality of the new deck is simply outstanding.
