We have worked with Williams Solutions on a number of projects. We started with some standard plumbing assistance. Williams Solutions was very responsive and efficient in assisting with some issues at a rental property (toilet and septic). We then hired Williams Solutions to install an outdoor shower. Once again, the work was top notch, cost effective and done on time. More recently, we needed to upgrade one of our bathrooms and we had Williams Solutions do the work. As with all the prior work, they did an excellent job. They were responsive, cost effective and did some meticulous tile work, including some really nice shower insets, in our tight space. The end result is beautiful and highly functional. On top of everything else, Ryan and Nathan are great to work with and very respectful of our house while they did the work. I highly recommend.

We upgraded our vinyl siding to a premium engineered siding (Celect). Excellent work overall. Great communication, timely, on budget and the finished product is high quality. Alteck picked up two other jobs adjoining our house based on their work product. I highly recommend!

We've been benefiting from JD Swallow's services for a few years now. They do an excellent and thorough job of maintaining our furnaces and air conditioners. Their prices are reasonable for the amount of time it takes to do all the work. They are also highly courteous, on time and helpful in troubleshooting problems. They are particularly good at addressing air quality issues.

I considered a number of options for my renovation project which involved finishing an entire floor and two bathrooms. George, who manages the contracting side of the Earl E. Covell business, took on my project with his characteristic politeness and completed it in a timely manner. Along with his team, including Pat, his work ethic is incredible. He is responsive, trustworthy and on top of that, provides good craftsmanship. I highly recommend George.

Our fireplace conked out. We called Top Hat to look at it. They were timely and courteous. They fixed it quickly and explained what went wrong (dirty burners). The only small downside is overall price is pretty high on an hourly basis. Upside is incredibly efficient service.

After considering a few companies to landscape beside our new pool, we settled on Andy despite the fact that he provided us with the highest quote. The difference was that we could tell all the other contractors were underbidding and would end up charging more. Andy was fast, timely, clean and on target for price. Most importantly, he is incredibly creative and came up with a design that we did not anticipate and it looks great. We highly recommend EVL for poolside landscaping.

I called a number of electricians before settling on Ring Electric. Some others charge for a quote or are generally difficult to contact. Ring was highly professional with their communications. In terms of the work, they were on time, efficient, clean and the net result works perfectly. One of the units we had supplied for them to install was defective (not their fault) so they troubleshooted it on the spot, provided replacement parts free of charge and followed up later to make sure everything was working. As well, Ring could not complete one aspect of the installation due to old wiring and they did not charge anything despite having to take time for their assessment. All in all, top quality service at a reasonable price.

We needed a thick runner on our hardwood floor to protect our fearless toddler from tumbles. We searched around and found end of the roll to be very helpful and decently priced. The installer was very efficient, easy to book, and did a very nice job. With underlay, the runner is better than we hoped for.

MCI Pools is an excellent company. The salespeople are great, they came on time, worked cleanly and efficiently and stayed on budget and the end product is perfect as far as we can tell and it is now well over a year old. The only negative was the lack of clarity on the timing and costs of some of the sub-trades such as electrical.
