Answered my query through the homestars site within 20 mins, there same day; guy was very friendly. The issue was a diswasher not draining. He suggested a drain hose cleanout; he did not guarantee this would solve the problem; but said it likely would, I agreed, so fair enough. At the end of about 90 mins work he was done, said it was at least temporarily fixed and I could decide if I wanted a new pump if it failed again, which would have to be ordered etc. After he left (leaving dirty towels scattered around) I tried the dishwasher - and of course it didn't work. I would imagine this is a company that has a ton of random guys on their roster, manages a homestar account very efficiently and scoops up business from people who hope for a quick outcome. New dishwasher on the way.

Our antique 10 foot multiple extension dining table had missing inlay, multiple chips, stains, didn't fit together very well any more, and had faded to multiple shades over the course of many years. I was skeptical that it could even be restored. The results were stunning - I could not have imagined a better outcome. Picture shows table without the two additional leaves installed; they look as good as the rest of it.
