Finding out that one's refrigerator is not working is not a pleasant discovery in these trying times, and even more concerning when there is a high demand for this type of repair service. After listing my issue on Homestars, Maydone contacted me directly to get more details. I was equally impressed with their technician's expertise and professionalism in diagnosing the problem and Maydone's prompt response in providing an estimate and anticpated completion. Even though a part had to be ordered, I appreciated the care and attention Maydone's team took in repairing my refrigerator and very grateful for the excellent service that was provided.

I have used What A View's Services in the past and once again have not been disappointed. Always responsive, professional, prompt and courteous. Not easy to access the rear eavestroughs, however, Ken and crew were very respectful and did a very thorough and detailed cleaning of the front and rear eavestroughs. Happened to see Air Force Duct Cleaning was providing service to a next-door neighbour. I immediately called Air Force Duct Cleaning to see if it was possible to accommodate a service request as street parking in my area can be problematic. Air Force was very helpful and accommodating. Technicians Jahmiah and Yousef were very professional and courteous and made sure steps were taken to facilitate a stress-free and clean operation. Thank you very much Air Force Duct Cleaning for being accommodating and Jahmiah and Yousef for work done!

Entire experience from scheduling to service date was exceptional. Sherry was very pleasant, professional and courteous and looked at best times for when service could be provided that was mutually convenient for both parties. Ian was prompt, very courteous, pleasant and professional. He explained in detail what will be done and how. Once finished, he explained what was done and why. I was very pleased with what was done. Thank you very much Sherry and Ian for making my first-time dryer cleaning a stress-free experience.

The tap on my outside water pipe had blown off due to freezing temps. I found John on HomeStars, called him and explained the situation to him. He was able to come by the next day. John kept me apprised as when he would arrive. He was efficient, very personable and pleasant to deal with. The tap was replaced - no fuss, no muss. While here I also showed John a problem I had with my kitchen faucet. He quickly examined it and told me that I only needed to replace the nozzle and to contact the manufacturer for a replacement which he believe they would do without any cost to me - they did! He also showed me that once I received the replacement nozzle, it was a task that can be done by me without having to call a plumber. This clearly showed that John had and keeps his customer's interest at heart. Thank you, John!

I came across Finer Edge as they were working on my street. I was very impressed with Ben's prompt response to my request for a quote. Ben was very attentive to my needs and explained in detail what would be done and why (bonus points!!), and of course the cost which I found was very reasonable. Demand was high for their services given the time of year, but Ben always stayed in touch with me. I was extremely pleased when I saw the finished product - Ben's crew delivered - completed on time, very thorough/meticulous, and extremely clean. Ben followed up with me that evening to make sure I was satisfied with the work - and I was!. Both my neighbours on either side of me made it a point to come outside that evening while I was inspecting the finished product and were very complimentary on the work that was done. Spending time on my front porch this summer was that much more enjoyable. Thank you Ben and crew for a job well done!

Sal was referred to me as the company I originally contacted did not perform hardscape in addition to landscaping. I am so glad that I was referred to Sal. From our first meeting to our last, Sal was the consummate professional. He asked questions to get a sense of my vision, which he understood and took to another level. We collaborated; he made recommendations complete with plant descriptions and explanations. Once we were in agreement, Sal completed a mock-up of the design and I could not wait to see the real thing. He transformed a nondescript ivy-covered ground to a beautiful garden with native flora accented by a curved pathway and steps. It was curb appeal beyond what I had envisioned. He set the bar so much so neighbours followed suit by transforming their own front yards. Certainly a complement and testament to the great job he did. Sal was great to work with as well as his crew, and their hard work helped to bring it all to life. Many thanks, Sal and crew.

Home Decor did an excellent job with the window replacement. I found that they were very professional at all times. They were always on time and were well within my given budget. I would recommend Tony any day.

Workmanship - quality of windows are as stated. Installation was clean and professional; no damage to trim; excellent clean up. Consultation - listened to understand needs; offered suggestions that I'd never considered, with clear reasons why, which allowed me to make informed decisions - just wonderful! Service - very service oriented, from the company rep to the workmen. Commitment - Tony and I had agreed on a stated delivery date with a no later than date - happy to say Home Decor delivered and left one pleased and satisfied customer.
