We have a 5 year old fireplace that stopped working. Jeff responded quickly and arrived when he said. The job was complex and tricky but he persevered and kept me up to date on costs, including telling me he made calls to the manufacturer, etc. He apologized for the costs but most of it was parts. I was not home while the work was being done, but when I got home I found a very detailed report. More importantly the fireplace works perfectly and has NEVER looked better. - gleaming glass, clean work space and perfect function. Truly. One of the best experiences ever. Gold standard. service
