I could not be happier with the superb service I received from Robin, Esho and the New Visions crew. At each stage of the process - providing the initial quote (very reasonable) to installing the sprinkler system to demonstrating how to use the remote app - Robin was punctual, courteous, meticulous and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with every aspect of the installation. I was very impressed with how careful the crew was in bringing the appearance of my lawn back to its pre-installation state. Also, Robin was kind enough to return to my home the next day to show me how to use the app, since I was with a client in my home when the crew finished the installation the day before. THANK YOU ROBIN ! I am looking forward to calling Robin for regular maintenance visits in the fall and spring. I wish that I could give New Visions Irrigation Inc. 11/10 - they are simply the best of the best !!!

I recently moved to a home in Oakville where the gas fireplace was not working. I called TrueFlame and spoke to Jeff who promptly set up a service call. He arrived on time and after laying down cloths/mats to ensure nothing would get dirty, he quickly got my fireplace up and running. He went to considerable lengths to explain how the various knobs and switches associated with my gas fireplace worked. After some discussion, I decided to get a remote thermostat installed. Again, Jeff explained in detail how to operate the remote thermostat after installing it. Jeff was very professional in every aspect: timely, courteous, efficient and effective. I would highly recommend Jeff for any gas related servicing and repairs and I will be calling him back for my own future gas fireplace maintenance.

I contacted Stack Electric for an estimate to install a pool table light in my rec room. After sending photos of the work area, I received a very reasonable estimate from Kevin later that same day. On the installation date Kevin and Tracie showed up punctually at the agreed upon time and we discussed options for the installation. Kevin and Tracie were extremely careful installing the tiffany pool table light and it was hung perfectly centred. Kevin went out of his way to make sure there would be no repairs/patching required to the ceiling. I could not be happier with the service I received from Stack Electric. They were truly professional in every aspect - prompt, pleasant to deal with, efficient and effective. I highly recommend them and I will be certainly be calling them back for any and all future electrical projects. They are simply the best !!!

Revolution Painting just finished painting a number of rooms in my home and I am absolutely thrilled, not only with the results but also the entire process. Sokol was very professional and responsive starting from the quote (very competitive) to the final cleanup. Not only were the rooms painted beautifully, but Sokol also did some touch-ups to fix issues left by the previous painter's work - at no extra charge !!! I am pleased to recommend Sokol for all your painting needs. If you don't use Revolution Painting - you are settling for less than the best ! 10/10

My exterior windows were cleaned by Beau from Shine Squad today and I couldn't be happier with the results. Beau arrived at my home on time and ready to go. Beau was very meticulous with his work and went over problem spots over and over again until he was satisfied that each window was perfectly clean. It was a sunny day today and I was pleasantly surprised to clearly see that there was no residue left from the rinsing of the windows. Beau explained to me that he uses a water filtration system that removes minerals and any other deposits from the water he uses for cleaning the windows. I am very impressed by Beau and the work that he did today and highly recommend him to anyone looking for exterior window cleaning services. Beau and his company are best in class !!!

Larry was a thorough professional from initial contact to following up after the repair was completed. He arrived punctually at the pre-arranged time and within a half-hour determined the cause of my pool's significant pool leakage. A short while later he completed the fix and ten days later I am happy to report that all's well in Poolville !!! I would highly recommend Larry to anyone that is experiencing a pool leakage issue.
